The following Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between a customer and Magnecomp Precision Technology Public Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Company” or “MPT”). By accessing, browsing, or using the MPT Website (hereinafter, the “Website”), a customer is deemed to have read and understood these Terms of Use and to have agreed to abide by the Terms of Use of the MPT Website (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use”) and to comply with related laws and regulations. If a customer does not agree to the Terms of Use, that customer cannot use the Website. The Terms of Use also apply to the websites of subsidiaries and affiliates, unless their own terms of use are posted, or the Terms of Use are not posted thereon.
